How does it work?

Everyone has different requirements in terms of what they are looking for, with varying budgets and may only want support with certain elements. After an initial call with an Equine Agent you will be assigned either the Bronze, Silver and Gold Package. If you are a first time buyer we also have a packaged designed just for you! The allocation depends on a number of factors from the criteria of your list of requirements, availability to view and search radius and more. There are additional bolt on packages should you wish to add on so you can tailor the support you desire.

Our Equine Agents source horses specifically to what you are looking for, this is a ‘live’ process and clients will need to be available to read through any horses sent to them and have good availability to view horses within short reasonable timescales. This can be discussed in depth on a phone call appointment.

Please note: every clients journey in terms of timescales will differ (for example completing in 3 weeks - 12 weeks etc), this can be due to criteria they are looking for, availability to view, vettings, transport etc etc.

    Pre-booking start dates

    If you are not ready to start just yet we can book a start date. To secure dates a deposit is required. Dates are moveable with notice subject to availability if there is space on those requested dates - for full terms and conditions please speak with an Equine Agent or see full terms and conditions in your contract.

Being a client with Exclusivia we expect you to…

  • Understand this is a ‘live’ process sourcing horses in the market so will vary on numbers each day/week.

  • Be timely with coming back to us when horses are sent to you - ideally within the hour or so, (unless we know its dates / times your unavailable like night shifts / holidays booked).

  • Give us constructive feedback on horses sent to you so we can ensure we are getting your preferences right.

  • Be clear at the start your availability to view - if you can do in the week / just weekends etc.

  • Inform the Equine Agent as soon as possible of any changes in requirements - e.g was 14.3 -15.2 but will now accept up to 16.1h so we can amend / post new adverts.

  • Keep the Equine Agent up to date on progression your side once you have been sent a horse, such as booking a viewing in / canceling viewings / dates & times changing / vetting’s / transport etc.

  • Inform the Equine Agent if you need an emergency break, we understand unexpected things can happen, e.g such as a family emergency. We have an Equine Agent that is a Mental Health First Aider and will be reasonably accommodating where possible to support.

  • Understand that once the search has begun and horses are sent across the fee is non-refundable. Any questions please ask prior to booking.

  • Be respectful and polite at all times. We are here to help and your dedicated Equine Agent will be a friendly professional throughout your package.

  • If you find a horse yourself, e.g through a friend that’s ok - but please let us know so we can stop the package as our Agents work hard in the background for clients.

FAQs

  • The minimum we say is around 15-20 minutes to be able to take you through the packages but take as much time as you need to ask any queries you may have!

  • You will need to complete our Equine Finder Form if you have not done so already when you come onboard with us, but will only take you around 20 minutes to complete! You will then be sent an contract and invoice as we take the payment upfront. All paperwork is online and easy to complete. Then the fun begins!

  • This depends upon your criteria, availability to view, vetting’s, transport and more. We have had clients complete within 1-3 weeks and some taking full length of packages, e.g 12 weeks. An Equine Agent can best advise which package is best suited.

  • No. We do not buy, own or sell any horses. or get involved in any transactions of buying or selling.

    We are purely a Specialist Marketing and Administration company in the Equine Industry that provide bespoke services for Equestrian Searches. We work with both private sales and traders across the UK.
