I gave Exclusivia, what I thought was an impossible task. I was a nightmare of a client (not intentionally!) but i kept changing the requirements. Sasha was so patient with me, nothing was too much trouble. I called her the magician as she found me horses which matched perfectly and which I had never seen (and I looked a LOT!!). And then she did it, she found my Unicorn. He is the most perfect match, I still look at him and think, I can’t believe he’s ours! I can genuinely say, that there is no way I would have found this horse myself. Sasha works tirelessly day and night to find you your horse/pony. Her communication skills are brilliant, constantly chasing up any lines of enquiry, never slow in returning calls and messages.
Buying a horse is extremely time consuming, I did not have that time but Sasha was able to sort through all the non contenders before messaging with potential options.
She also has inside knowledge of who you may not want to buy from. She represents good value for money for the hours she puts in. I would definitely use Sasha again.

"I knew the day would come when I would need to search for a new horse as age took its toll on my wonderful mare, but fear of the unknown in today’s fast moving and scam-ridden market made the task seem far too daunting. Until, that is, I stumbled across equine agency, Exclusivia.
Suddenly, the prospect of finding my perfect horse seemed achievable and I felt resounding relief that I wasn’t to be in this alone. My search began with a chat with agent Sasha, followed by an easy to complete form giving information on my experience with horses, riding ability, new horse wish list, budget, etc. From there on the fun really began! I received details of suitable equines which I was free to ask Sasha to either follow up or decline, totally my decision, until finally I received word of a mare who, on paper and in videos, ticked virtually all my boxes.
I’m thrilled to report, the rest is history! In under ten weeks from first discovering Exclusivia I have the most adorable mare settling in to her new life in Devon, having barely lifted a finger!! Sasha, however, has worked tirelessly for the duration, has either been on the end of the phone or answered my texts all hours of the day and what has felt, all hours of the night at times. (Sorry Sasha!) Throughout the search it has been like having a best friend in the room next door. She has been alongside me every step of the way from beginning to end. Her positivity and dedication in the search were unsurmountable, and I feel so very grateful that I discovered this agency and made the decision to seek their help in my quest. All I can say is thank you so much Sasha. Exclusiva Equine Agents made the horse buying world much easier to navigate.
Sasha was great always on the end of the phone to help with viewings etc. she constantly adapted to my changing requirements. We had ups and downs but that’s the horse world but she kept me going through it all. From helping with vetting’s, to finding horses in my budget (and not pushing for the highest as she doesn’t work on commission) to sorting out reserve and sales contracts/ receipts. She will even help you find transport if needed.
I can honestly say more than worth the money. She kept me sain and got me through some low points. But now I have a beautiful horse in my field today and I couldn’t be happier. So excited for things to come. Thank you Sasha for always being there and reminding me what I wanted and even listening when I cried. Jackson is gorgeous and I can’t wait to see what the future hold with us together.
